Your privacy options

1. Access your data

To request your data:

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number linked to your account
• The name of the app
• Any details that help us verify your identity

2. Correct or update your data

You can update certain account information directly in the app. If you need help correcting personal information, contact us.

To request a correction:
Email privacy@altioralearningsystems.com with the subject line: Data Correction Request

3. Delete your account and associated data

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and may remove your profile, saved preferences, uploaded content, and other account-related data, except information we are required or permitted to retain by law, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

To request account deletion:
Use the in-app deletion option in:
App > Settings > Account > Delete Account

If you cannot access the app, you may submit a web request by emailing:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number linked to your account
• The name of the app
• “I want to delete my account and associated data”

4. Delete certain data without deleting your account

Where available, you may request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account.

To request deletion of specific data:
Email privacy@altioralearningsystems.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request

Please describe the specific data you want deleted.

5. Marketing and communications preferences

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at privacy@yourdomain.com.

6. Cookie and tracking choices

Where required by applicable law, you can manage cookie or tracking preferences through our cookie banner or settings tool available on our website.

How we process requests
